The School
Day
Our school day starts
earlier than most schools in the northern hemisphere and is designed to
reflect the local climate.
All teachers and
assistants are in school by 07.45, although most are here much earlier. School
starts for all pupils at 08.00. School ends at 12.15 for all pupils in the
Kindergarten, at 13.50 for all pupils in Reception to Year 5 and at 14.45 for
all students in Year 6 and above.
Until half term our
Reception children finish school at 12.30. This allows them to adjust to the
school routine and the climate. Details of the school day follow;
